Prior to the construction of the patio, this area was the prime drainage for the entire hillside, resulting heavy flooding into the home from excessive rainfall. The landscape design experts at Southern Landscape conceived a new patio and outdoor living area for the homeowner, incorporating substantial changes in grading and drainage, an extensive sub-drain system, natural berms, and rerouted stream flows to improve the functionality and aesthetics of this beautiful home. Southern Landscape also rehabilitated an aging outdoor kitchen and pool, creating a new and modern (contemporary) space for family entertainment.
