The focus is on YOU. During your initial consultation, a professional designer will meet on site with you to discuss your vision, dreams, and pain points. What are your goals? What do you love? What is your style? What are you imagining? We listen, consider, counsel, and advise. We discuss your priorities and budget, your outcomes and your timeline. There is no charge for the time spent during our initial consultation.
Drawing a pretty picture is easy. Designing an environment that considers form and function which will exceed your dreams for years to come takes the expertise, talent and experience of our Southern Landscape design professionals. Nominal retainers are used to cover the time and cost for our expert designer to create a bespoke design that encompasses your wish list.
After completing your thorough site analysis, your designer incorporates information gleaned from your initial consultation and begins the iterative process of working with you to create your master plan. In addition to being aesthetically pleasing, your master plan is buildable, functional, and considerate of unseen site and design hurdles which are typically present in any project. We use our cutting-edge design tools to create lifelike two-or-three dimensional renderings and meet with you to walk through and visualize the design. We then create design sample boards to illustrate your design elements, materials, textures, and colors.
Unlike a firm who focuses purely on design, when we deliver your design, we also know how we are going to build it. Once you agree on the design, your designer will meet with you to review the detailed budget and timeline of your project. Once under contract, work begins to procure materials and schedule your build. Now you can relax and watch the transformation; our job is to make this easy for you. Depending on the extent of your project, build time may take few days or extend several months. With all builds, your project designer remains intimately involved to ensure that your design criteria are properly delivered. Because we exclusively use in-house construction crews, we set and maintain performance standards and control your project from beginning to completion.
Your dedicated construction crew also remains on your project until completion, taking utmost care to treat your property with respect: we keep your property clean and safe, the grounds neat and clean at the end of each day. Your designer also remains hands-on by making frequent site visits to confirm that processes are being followed. Your designer keeps you updated on any potential changes that arise and is there to answer all of your questions.
Upon completion, your designer will take you on a guided tour of your new project. You will be provided with the specific care information specific you need to guide you in operation and maintenance of your beautiful new landscape. Most importantly, our relationship continues as we are always available to help.
