This project started because of water build up around a back porch, causing kids and dogs to constantly track mud into the house. To correct this issue we installed a gravel and lueder stepping stone patio, ensuring that the entire patio drains properly. The owner also had a need for a shaded area around her pool where she could sit while the kids play in the pool. We built a beautiful covered pergola with a dry bar to create storage for pool toys/ towels. We installed a massive 80″ tv for watching their favorite soccer and football games while hanging out around the pool.
The lawn in the backyard had been majorly neglected over the years so the owners opted to replace all of the old St. Augustine grass for luxurious zoysia to create a level soccer field for their kids to enjoy! We cleaned out all of the old planting beds and installed lots of color at the owners request, we also added low voltage lighting for visibility and ambiance around the property
